Hello Chickenstock Community!

We know we have been quiet for the past few weeks and we figure it’s about time you hear from us about Chickenstock 2020.

Although Alaska seems to be on the downhill side of the curve, at this time we feel it’s best for the health and safety of everyone involved with Chickenstock to reschedule to a later date in the summer. We are in the process of picking out a weekend that best suits as many current ticket holders as possible.

In the meantime, we wanted to ease your mind about the tickets that you want to purchase, or tickets that you currently hold and your ability to get a refund if you so choose.

We have already changed our event status on Eventbrite to “postponed” while we finalize new dates. Please do not worry about the fact that there are no dates showing up at the moment—this is a temporary status until we have a new date solidified.

We have also extended our refund policy beyond the original May 12 date. A new refund policy will take effect once the new dates are set, but rest assured this date will be well beyond May so we will all have plenty of time to “wait and see” if the new dates work for you. This will also give us time to see what the COVID situation is as we get further into the summer.

Here is the important part: Current ticket holders, we ask that you hold onto the tickets until our new dates are announced. For the time being, please do not request a refund unless you are absolutely sure you are not able to attend any rescheduled dates this summer. If you have not purchased a ticket and wish to purchase one, feel free to do so anytime.

Once the new dates are set, all tickets will automatically transfer to the new dates and your tickets and Eventbrite account will reflect the new dates and new cancellation policy.

If for any reason you feel you need to request a refund, you may do so by logging into Eventbrite with the email that you used to purchase your tickets with. From there, you can click on the link to submit a request for a refund. We will process requests within 7 days of receiving them through your account. Please do not email us directly with a refund request.

We ask that you be patient with us through this process. This is new to everyone involved and it’s a learning curve that we are adjusting to as fast as we can! We promise to treat you fairly, whether you choose to ride this out with us and attend the best “Coming out of Quarantine” party of the summer or choose to request a refund. Either way, we value your support and understanding, and we can’t wait to party under the midnight sun with our favorite crowd on top of the world!
